"I find the online classes very easy to join and feel I get the same level of feedback and attention from Sally that I would get in a face to face class. I began Pilates to help strengthen my back but it has helped me focus on balance, plus helped to improve my strength and flexibility. Sally is always encouraging, pointing out when our bodies are not in quite the correct position to gain the maximum benefits. I am now retired and visit the gym regularly but find that Pilates has helped my physical and mental well-being overall. I would recommend this form of exercise to anyone regardless of age. It can benefit all!"

Janet, 65

"I have been doing Pilates for well over ten years but have been attending online classes with Sally for two and a half years. Sally offers different levels to work to for each exercise depending on how you feel on a particular day or if you want to challenge yourself.

I often start the class feeling stiff and achy but as the class progresses I can feel my joints and muscles relaxing and becoming suppler and even though the classes do challenge me I love how I feel afterwards.

Sally's Pilates classes improves your body and well-being both physically and mentally with a definite high and feelgood feeling after class for the rest of the day.  You learn moves that you can incorporate into your daily life to loosen yourself up and relax you too. We work on balance which is amazing, especially as we age.

My back and core muscles are now strong and so I don’t suffer with my back.  I’m convinced that Pilates is the reason."
