"I have been a member of Sally’s Pilates class for several years. I find the hourly sessions very useful. They are friendly, relaxed and non-competitive. Sally is an excellent instructor, very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend her lessons to anyone of any age who needs to maintain suppleness at the same time as developing strength."

“I took up Pilates when I retired build my strength and flexibility. I practice online because it gives me the flexibility to attend when I am away. Over time I have rather amazingly become almost as flexible as I was in my 30s and have improved my balance which was poor when I started. Sally has proactively suggested adapted exercises when I had hip tendonitis, from which I am now recovered and was similarly flexible with my weak knee. Having had 2 Caesarean sections years ago my stomach muscles have gradually toned up. Sally injects variety into every class with different exercises each week which makes a real difference in creating and engaging interest in the session; I can’t recommend Sally highly enough in the care she takes to explain and demonstrate each movement and her flexible approach to individual needs.”

“I took up Pilates following a diagnosis of arthritis in my lower spine which left me unable to bend forward. Within 6 months I was amazed to be able to touch my toes again.
I had been attending in-person classes but wanted to move to on-line because of my work commitments. Now I regularly join from home, hotel rooms or on holidays so I never miss out.
Through the camera Sally can see when my position or posture needs correcting and provides verbal instructions for correction.
Sally is a great tutor and delivers her classes at a perfect pace and flow. She allows time to reach and hold postures and thus build strength and flexibility. This in turn has enabled me to do other forms of exercise including cycling and running."
